What a harness is, meaning the shell around an AI agent, and how to use Claude Code to build a workspace fitted to a specific project. That setup makes the work noticeably easier: it lets you ship your own tools fast instead of hunting for off-the-shelf software, keeps the project on track and automates what you actually need. Previously NordSecurity, Bitnoi.se, ORO Inc and Arena.pl. Certified Bielik RAG trainer, runs workshops on local LLMs for students, PhD candidates and domain experts. On stage at DevAI 2025, PHPers Summit (three times), WDI 2023 and PARP Future Camp 2026.
Daniel Semerjyan, AI & Cloud Architect w PwC
AI & Cloud Architect at a Big Four firm (PwC). Works on digital transformation and rolling out AI strategy for enterprise clients. His latest focus is transforming how corporations build software in the first place: getting the most out of AI across developer tools and workflows and the standards that tie them together. A startup fan for as long as he can remember, he keeps one or two side projects running in parallel, and AI is what finally got them moving (things he could never handle before, like UI, are now simply there and look pretty good).
