18:45

Short break

18:55

Stage: From vague slides to a story that hits the core - Mateusz Sikora

Listen before you speak – master the art of telling your project’s story. Treat brutal feedback as fuel, especially as a first-time founder. A clear pitch is simply a clear value proposition of your business.

19:25

Stage: The pitch that gets you a second meeting - Ania Proch

5 concrete levers instead of storytelling (evidence over ambition, traction over slides), what to say and what to avoid, red flags from the first 30 seconds, and real investor-side case studies on why rounds die in the inbox and what gets rejected in 2 minutes. Plus how to match your pitch to stage and build a strong narrative even without revenue.

20:00

Networking

Time for conversations and networking. Let's get to know each other!

This SCP meetup focuses on one of the most critical skills for any founder: pitching effectively — not just to raise funding, but also to attract top talent and valuable partners. It combines real-world experience with practical insights, showing how to talk about your startup in a way that truly convinces and builds interest. Our speakers: Kama Kotowska 👇🏻 A communication, storytelling, and public speaking trainer, as well as a behavioral marketing strategist. She has worked with brands like Roche, Allegro, Jeronimo Martins, Hapag-Lloyd, and Just Join IT. A speaker at conferences such as Infoshare, SEOVibes, and I <3 Marketing, where she placed on the podium three times as the first woman. Founder of the SpeakUPerki Foundation and author of “Speak So They Want to Listen.” During the workshop, she will show how to combine data and emotion to create a pitch that truly sells. Ania Proch 👇🏻 Founder and investor building ecosystems, not just companies. Behind four AI and XR ventures: EduTailor, dp.vision, PaceSovereign, and Skyinspection.ai. She has co-created projects with clients like Amazon and Mercedes, helping unlock a $7M seed round for one of them. Over the past 7 years, she has supported 30+ startups in validation, MVP, and fundraising. Today, she invests and connects CEE with Silicon Valley. Advisor to the Ministry of Digital Affairs (GRAI), active in ARAAI, and creator of the “AI Breakfasts” community. Mateusz Sikora 👇🏻 Co-founder of Rebench, previously a B2B full-stack marketer and GTM consultant, naturally combining strategic thinking with a creative mindset. He started his career building strategy and brand awareness for companies in architecture and commercial real estate, before creating his own impact-driven venture. At Rebench, he helps organizations manage and give a second life to company assets at scale. He is building an Enterprise SaaS platform to track the full lifecycle of assets in large organizations (corporations, hospitals, universities) and enable internal reuse and redistribution — through resale to employees, B2B transactions, or donations to education and NGOs. He works with clients such as PKO BP, SEB Bank, Nowy Styl, and Nokia.
