Stage: Przemek Siódmiak & Leon Van Der Laan

On Stage, Przemek Siódmiak and Leon Van Der Laan will meet in a fireside chat format to talk about their founder journeys, the origins of SCP, and why building a company requires selling transformation rather than just features, services, or product attributes. This conversation will serve as a personal and practical introduction to value perception — an approach that helps founders communicate their impact more clearly, create stronger differentiation, and compete more effectively.

19:00

Garage: Live Hot Seat with Leon Van Der Laan

In the Garage session, Leon Van Der Laan will lead a live hot seat built around the real businesses of 2–3 founders. Instead of a classic workshop, the audience will see short, dynamic coaching sessions focused on the transformation each founder is truly selling, the blockers their clients face, the proof they can offer, and what customers experience on the journey toward the promised result. The session will be based on Leon’s value perception framework and supported by a “value perception audit” checklist that attendees can use during and after the event.

19:30

Networking

Time for conversations and networking. Let's get to know each other!

Startup Community Poznań is back on April 15 with a meetup for founders, builders, and people growing companies who want to better communicate the value of their offer, build more structured organizations, and scale without constantly putting out fires. The special guest will be Leon Van Der Laan, and the entire event will be held in English. In the Stage part, Leon will join Przemek Siódmiak for a fireside chat to share their founder journeys and explain why selling transformation instead of just features or services is critical, and how the concept of value perception helps build a stronger competitive advantage. In the Garage part, participants will experience a live hot seat with 2–3 founders, where Leon will work on real businesses in real time, uncovering the true transformation they offer, identifying customer blockers, validating proof of value, and mapping the customer journey toward the desired outcome, all based on the value perception framework and supported by a practical value perception audit checklist that participants can use after the event. This meetup combines inspiration with hands-on insights and offers a rare opportunity to see how real business work happens live.
