My business path: how I built a 300-employee company

Piotr Bucki, the co-founder of j-labs underlines heavily having a realistic business plan and hands-on mindset. According to Piotr "If something doesn't make sense in Excel, it will not make any sense at all"; He underlines the importance of a well-prepared business plan and analysis of the financial aspects of the business. Our next speaker will focus on the early days of j-labs: the decision of leaving a full-time job, reaching the minimum viable service level, finally - having secured and sustainable cash flow.
