Founders, professionals, and enthusiasts! One of the greatest football managers - Arsene Wenger, recently admitted that his job is like an addiction - he needs to be tested. Our next speaker seems to have a similar attitude. The topic of his presentation will be strictly connected with the pressure associated with working with the team and anticipating the needs. Let him explain in his own words; “I had a chance to work on high-stakes, high-risk projects for global brands. They tend to test me and my team’s capability to endure long working hours. I will share my tips on how to survive (and thrive) in such an environment (and win the world’s biggest hackathon in the process).” Zbigniew Czarnecki is a CEO of Poznań-based IT companies: Apptension & Teamdeck, but also Lead Developer at international marketing agency Unit 9. He's combining entrepreneurial spirit with purely engineering acumen.
